Relaxing at the park

Riku sat under one of the many tall trees that made up the park. He positioned his arms behind his head to support it as he gazed up at the canopy of leaves overhead. The leaves russled together in the wind, throwing their interesting patterns and shadows across Riku's form. The sun peeked through here and there, shining down on certain parts of Riku that weren't shaded. He found that he liked the soothing combination between the two as it kept his body just warm enough to satisfy him. he disliked being cold especially when he wanted to relax. He closed his aquamarine eyes for a moment as he let out a soft sigh, listening to the gentle sound of the leaves in the breeze, 'its...a nice day. he thought.

Kaiyo sat in the high branches above Riku enjoying the feeling of the wind against her face. her ears twitched slightly at the sound of Riku's sigh and the russling of his clothings as he lay beneath the tree. She glanced down tilting her head slightly in curiosity as she peered through the canopy of leaves around her to see. She instantly noticed Riku, his silver hair and pale complexion standing out strongly against the grass. "Dare*?" She said softly to herself as she shifted from her position dropping down to a lower branch where she could better observe Riku. He had his eyes closed now as she considered him, taking in his features. '**Nani...he's much older than me' she thought with a soft giggle that she tried to stifle with her hand. She knew it was rude to laugh at other people but the thought struck her as funny at the moment and she wasnt sure why.

Riku opened one eye as he heard the soft sound of laughing from the branches above him. He noticed Kaiyo, her ears and tail standing out against the dark shadows of the tree's canopy. He sat up with a slight smile, wondering what she was doing. "Hello." He greeted propping one knee up and his arm on it as he peered up at her. He saw her flush lightly in...embarrassments perhaps as she tried to hide her giggling.
